The watch case is of brushed stainless steel with a black face and red LED digital compass, day, date and time along with a black silicone strap. This is the Wenger LED Nomad watch. When in compass mode, the bearing changes as you slue the watch. This is more convenient than having to take "snap-shot" bearings.

The watch face itself is a smart, simple analog display, beneath a mineral crystal. The four multifunction buttons on the bezel activate the LED display. The watch is water proof to 100 meters. The watch with its Specialized Swiss movement is covered by a 3 year limited warranty. We should mention that the watch does not have a count down timer or an alarm. Your cell phone has those.
