PAYMENT TERMS – Payment accepted by check or money order payable in US dollars only. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card welcomed. Prior arrangement required for COD.

SHIPPING – Items are normally shipped within 24 hours of order receipt. Normal method is FedEx where possible. Next day, or second day air delivery available at nominal extra cost. Additional charges required for  delivery to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT – Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and JCB cards are welcomed and facilitate attachment of shipping charges. However, to prevent fraudulent use, delivery may only be made to the cardholder’s address of record unless additional verification is established.

DUTIES & TAXES – Most Countries levy duties and/or taxes such as VAT or GST on merchandise ordered from outside their borders. Couriers may collect a fee advancement charge of $25. Such fees are strictly the obligation of the recipient to pay, and they will be collected upon delivery of the merchandise.

In addition to the various manufacturer’s guarantees, Celestaire offers the following guarantee: If not completely satisfied with any product (except opened software or GPS units), you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of its receipt, for a full refund of its purchase price.
