This plotter mounted on a roller lets you plot courses and parallel lines by simple direct transfer without the space required of traditional parallel rules or triangles. As additional help, the plotter has distance scales at 1:20,000, 1:40,000, and 1:80,000 to fit NOS coast and harbor charts. The two rollers keep the plotter parallel as you move it across the chart. A semi-circular protractor lets you plot courses against a meridian if desired. The plotter in 13 inches long.
